摘要
较详细研究了在12种非离子表面活性剂或水溶性高分子化合物分别存在下,Ag(Ⅰ)-SCN^--罗丹明 B 体系水相光度法测定痕量银的新方法。首次将 AEO-7引入光度分析。详细研究了 Ag(Ⅰ)-SCN^--罗丹明 B-AEO-7和 Ag(Ⅰ)-SCN^--罗丹明 B-阿拉伯树胶体系,其最大吸收峰分别在603和588 nm 处。表观摩尔吸光系数ε分别为4.17×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)和2.73×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。Sandell 灵敏度为2.59×10^(-4)μgAg/cm^2和3.95×10^(-4)μgAg/cm^2。银含量在0.5~2.0μg/25 mL 和0.5~5.0μg/25 mL范围内遵守比尔定律。方法用于中草药银花和黄连以及人发中痕量银的测定,结果满意。
The photometric properties of the Ag(Ⅰ)SCN^--rhodamine B system have been investigated in the presence of twelve kinds of nonionic sur-factants or water-soluble macromolecular com-pounds.A new spectrophotometric method fordetermining trace amounts of Ag as Ag(Ⅰ)-SCN^--rhodamine B ion-association complex inaqueous phase in the presence of AEO(?)7 orarabic gum has been developed.The maximumabsorption wavelengths of the complex are 603and 588 nm respectively.Beer's law is obeyedfor silver in the range of 0.5 to 2.0μg/25 mLand 0.5 to 5.0μg/25mL respectively.The appar-ent molar absorptivities are 4.17×10~5 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) at 603 nm and 2.73×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) at 588nm These methods have been applied (?) thedetermination of trace amounts of (?)iver inhoney suckle,coptis chinensis and human hairwith sat(?)sfactory results.
