摘要
合成了水溶性双卟啉5,10,15-三(4-磺酸苯基)-20-[4-[3-[4-[10,15,20-三(4-磺酸苯基)-5-卟啉基]苯氧基]丙氧基]苯基]卟啉(简称 DTPPS_(?)),研究了它和铜(Ⅱ)的显色反应。结果表明,在吐温-60存在下,在 pH3.0~4.5介质中形成 Cu(Ⅱ):DTPPS_(?)=2:1的很稳定的配合物,其ε_(?)=3.52×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。铜(Ⅱ)的浓度在0~1.2μg/10mL 范围内服从比耳定律。在掩蔽剂存在下选择性高。用以直接测定矿物和铝合金中的铜,结果满意。
A new water-soluble diporphine,5,10,15-tri-(4-sulfonatophenyl)-20-[4-[3-[4-[10,15,20-tri-(4-sulfonatophenyl)-5-porphinyl]phenoxyl]pro-poxyl]phenyl]porphine(DTPPS_6),has beensynthesized,and its color reaction with copper(Ⅱ)studied.The copper(Ⅱ)complex is formedin the presence of Tween-60 at pH 3.0~4.5 andis stable for at least 5 hours.The molar absorp-tivity of the complex is 3.52×10~5 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) at 416 nm.The molar ratio of Cu(Ⅱ)toDTPPS_6 is 2:1.Beer's law is obeyed for Cu(Ⅱ)in the range of 0~1.2μg/10 mL.Tolerance limitswere shown for 32 ions in the presence of mask-ing agents.The simple and rapid method hasbeen successfully applied to the direct determina-tion of copper(Ⅱ)in silicate rocks and aluminumalloys.
