摘要
研究了络合滴定法测定Ni Fe P化学镀液中Ni2 + 、Fe2 + 浓度的方法和影响滴定结果的因素。研究表明 ,对Ni2 + 进行滴定时 ,以三乙醇胺为掩蔽剂、紫脲酸铵为指示剂进行滴定 ,可以得到较准确的结果 ;对Fe2 + 进行滴定时 ,以酒石酸为掩蔽剂、磺基水杨酸为指示剂进行滴定 。
The method for determining the concentration of Ni 2+ and Fe 2+ by complex titration in electroless Ni Fe P bath and the factors affecting titration results are studied. The results indicate that more accurate determination can be obtained for Ni 2+ when triethanolamine is used as masking agent and murexide as indicator, and the titrating effect is good when Fe 2+ is titrated with tartaric acid as masking agent and sulfosalicylic acid as indicator.
