摘要
提出了在聚乙烯醇存在下,以Ag^+-碘化物-氯化亚锡-孔雀石绿(MG)高灵敏显色体系测定银的新方法。摩尔吸光系数为2.7×(10~6L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。银含量在0.03~1.6μg·25mL^(-1)范围内服从比尔定律。用于自来水和碳酸锂样中银的分析,结果令人满意。
This paper studied the highly sensitivecolor developing reaction for Ag-I^--SnCl_2-MGsystem in the presence of PVA,and establisheda spectrophotometric method for silver determi-nation.Beer's law is obeyed for Ag in the rangeof 0.03~1.6μg/25 mL with the molar absorptivityof 2.7×10^(?)L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).The results of sampleanalyses are satisfactory.
