摘要
根据呼吸生理的原理 ,设计了一种便携式的呼气流量峰值计 ,以供患者在医生指导下做自我呼气流量峰值的监测。能及时、客观地反映呼气流量值的动态变化以及较早地监测到患者气道炎症产生的症状 ,并以此为临床合理用药提供较准确、客观的指标。经临床41例使用 ,对预防COPD。
According to respiratory physiology,a portable exhale-volume meter is developed.A patient under the docˉtor's direction can use that.The meter measures the exhale-volume dynamically to provide the indexes of FVC,FEV1/FVC,PEFR and V25/Ht.Those indexes are important and useful to test COPD and improve miss drugging for the41cases in clinic.
