格列吡嗪控释片对2型糖尿病空腹血糖和晚餐后2h血糖的疗效观察

Effect of Glipizide GITS on the fasting plasma glucose and plasma glucose of 2 hours after supper in patients with type 2 diabetes

目的 :观察格列吡嗪控释片 (瑞易宁 )对 2型糖尿病患者空腹和晚餐后 2h血糖的影响。方法 :3 0例住院的 2型糖尿病患者经严格的饮食控制 3～ 5d后 ,血糖仍未达标者口服瑞易宁 5mg/d ,5d后血糖仍未控制者增加至 10mg/d ,最大服药剂量 2 0mg/d。服药前后均检测空腹和晚餐后血糖。 结果 :治疗前平均空腹血糖 8 97± 1 17mmol/L ,晚餐后 2h血糖11 2 4± 3 18mmol/L ;治疗 2周后空腹血糖 5 3 1± 1 0 4mmol/L ,晚餐后 2h血糖 7 0 8± 1 14mmol/L。所有病例均未发生特殊不良反应。结论 :瑞易宁治疗 2型糖尿病能有效控制空腹和餐后血糖 ,是治疗 2型糖尿病的有效药物 ,耐受性好 ,服用方便。

Objective To investigate the effect of Glipizide (Glipizide GITS)on the fasting plasma glucose and plasma glucose of 2 hours after supper in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Thirty patients were controlled diet strictly for 3～5 days,but the plasma glucose could not reach the criteria.All patients started treatment with 5 mg of Glipizide GITS and were added,if necessary,to 10?15 or 20mg.The fasting plasma glucose and plasma glucose of 2 hours after supper were evaluated before and after treatment.Results Before treatment the fasting plasma glucose was 8.97±1.17mmol/L.The plasma glucose of 2 hours after supper was 11.24±3.18mmol/L.After treatment the fasting plasma glucose was 5.31±1.04mmol/L,The plasma glucose of 2 hours after supper was 7.08±1.14mmol/L.No side effect occurred.Conclusion Glipizide GITS is effective and safe in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.
