摘要
复合材料层压板单层中的横向裂纹是导致界面裂纹产生的主要原因之一。利用剪切滞后分析和J积分方法 ,本文给出了界面起裂的J积分判据。理论分析表明 :随着界面裂纹的发展 ,所需的裂纹扩展驱动力会越来越大 ,因而界面裂纹之间的相互连通几乎是不可能的。界面剪切弹性模量以及界面强度对界面裂纹扩展的影响亦给予了分析。
Transverse cracking in plies of composite laminates is one of the principle reasons leading to interface cracks. By using the shear-lag theory and the J-integral method, a Jintegral criterion of interface’s debonding is given (equation (26)). Theoretical investigations shows that the driving force of interface fractures is more and more high with the interface crack’ propagation. It indicates that: interface debonding cracks produced by transverse cracking in plies can hardly connect with each other (equation (27) and (28)). Analyses about the interface’s shear elastic modulus and the J-integral criterion of interface’s debonding effect on the interface crack’ propagation are also given respectively (figure 5 and figure 6).
