大鼠正畸牙移动过程中牙周组织内血管活性肠肽的变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :了解大鼠正畸牙移动过程中牙周组织内血管活性肠肽 (vasoactiveintestinalpeptide ,VIP)的变化 ,探讨VIP在正畸牙移动过程中的作用。方法 :将 4 0只雄性Wistar大鼠 (体重 2 4 0— 2 80 g)随机分为 8组 ,其中一组未加力为对照组。选择右上第一磨牙作为实验牙 ,制备大鼠正畸牙移动不同时间牙周组织切片 ,进行免疫组织化学研究。结果 :正畸牙移动过程中 ,牙周组织不同区域VIP表达发生改变。加力 12小时 ,牙周膜VIP表达稍增加 ;加力 14天时 ,所有观察区域牙周膜内VIP表达显著增加。结论 :VIP在正畸牙移动过程中组织重建的多个阶段起作用 。 Objective:To observe the distribution and change of vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)in periodontal tissue and understand the role of VIP in orthodontic tooth movement.Methods:Forces were applied on right maxillary first molar in rats,and the decalcified alveolar bone connected tissue was examined in different stage of tooth movement with immunohistochemical staining technique(Sp methods).Results:VIP existed in normal periodontal tissue.The expression of it in periodontal tissue increased during orthodontic tooth movement,especially at the end of 14 days after force application.Conclusion:VIP played an important role in remodeling of periodontal tissue during orthodontic tooth movement.VIP may participate in reconstruction of the periodontal tissue in early stage and regeneration of the periodontal tissue in later stage.
