摘要
选用南充脱正构烷烃的微晶蜡作为原料,采用硫脲络合将微晶蜡分离成异构烷烃组分和环烷烃芳烃混合组分。考察了活化剂、溶剂、络合剂用量、络合温度、络合时间等条件对络合反应结果的影响,得到了硫脲与脱正构烷烃微晶蜡络合反应较佳的反应条件,并采用质谱方法对异构烷烃和环烷烃的分离效果进行了验证。实验结果表明:本方法能够较好的分离微晶蜡中异构烷烃、环烷烃和芳烃的混合组分。硫脲络合组分中支链烷烃占77.53%,环烷烃占22.47%,环烷烃主要为带有长侧链烷烃的单环环烷烃,其性质更具有烷烃的特性。硫脲非络合组分中环烷烃占88.86%;支链烷烃占11.14%。方法的重复性较好,操作简便,易于普及。定量测定结果的相对标准偏差为±3.6%。
The non-paraffin of Nanchong microcrystalline wax was selected as raw material. The non-paraffin was separated into the i-paraffins and the compound of naphthenes and aromatics using thiurea complex. A variety of effecting factors on determining result of i-paraffins such as activator, solvent, thiurea ratio, complexing temprature and complexing time were discussed. The optimum complexing conditions were obtained by experiment. It was proved that the separation effect was better by means of this method. The results show that i-paraffins, naphthenes and aromatics in microcrystalline wax can be separated well by using this method. The contents of i-paraffin and naphthene are 77.53%, 22.47% respectively in complexity component with thiurea. The naphthenes are mainly long chain and single ring ones, and they have the properties of i-paraffins. The contents of naphthene and i-paraffinare are 88.86%, 11.14% respectively in uncomplex component with thiurea. This method is simple to operate and gives an accurate and precise result with the RSD less than ±3.6%.
