摘要
调头镗孔是镗长孔的一种工艺。运用调头镗孔的工艺方法可以提高长孔及孔系加工的精度,但在调头镗孔工艺方法中,同轴度误差较为突出。抚顺煤矿电机厂在生产YBUD-200/110-4/8矿用隔爆电机机座耳座孔时,使用了调头镗孔技术。电机机座是掘进机悬臂的一段,而耳座孔是连接截割部和行走部的连接轴承孔,所以耳孔的加工精度非常重要。140H8耳孔是在SJ-100型数控镗铣床上加工,该设备主轴伸出最大长度为600mm,所以必须采用调头镗孔工艺方法。加工过程中靠机床足够精度的线位移指示器及其读数装置,在X坐标方向附加一个微量补偿值以消除工作台移动误差。依靠良好的旋转精度保证了孔的同轴度。
Turning round boring is one of the technologies of boring deep hole. The application of turning round boring technology can raise the accuracy of deep-hole and hole system processing. But among the approaches of turning round boring, coaxial degree errors are outstanding. Fushun Coal Mining Electrical Machine Factory used the technology of turning round boring, when the factory produced YBUD-200/110-4/8 isolating explosion electrical machinery ear base hole. The shell of electrical machinery is a part of hanging arm of digging machine, and an ear hole is the connection bearing hole of the cutting part and moving part, therefore, the processing accuracy of the ear hole is very important. Ear holes of 140H8 are processed on the numerical control boring and milling machine, whose main axles stretch out a maximum of 600 mm, so the approach of turning round boring must be in use. During the process, depending on the high accuracy line position moving scales and its reading equipment, adding a bit compensation to the X coordinate to get rid of the moving error of the working table. Depending on a good spinning accuracy assures the coaxial degree.
