摘要
在镶嵌式动环机械密封结构中,镶嵌式动环是由硬质材料制成的硬面环和座环装配而成,该种结构能节约价高硬质材料,从而降低成本,且可根据工况要求调换硬面环,达到最佳的密封效果。在设计中硬面环与座环的过盈值将影响到动环的装配并进而影响到密封效果,硬面环和座环的强度校核和配合长度的确定也是镶嵌式动环设计的要点。在对镶嵌式动环结构分析与研究的基础上,推导出镶嵌式动环过盈值的计算方法和强度设计方法,对改进该种机械密封的结构设计,正确选择密封结构,防止密封失效,改进密封效果有很好的实用价值。
In mechanical seal with mounted moving ring, the mounted moving ring is assembled by hard material ring and husk ring. The mounted moving ring mechanical seal has many advantages, for example, low cost, changing hard ring according to demand easily. In design, interference values between hard ring and husk ring will affect the moving ring assembly and mechanical seal. The intensity and matched length of hard ring and husk ring is also a designed key of mounted moving ring. Based on analysis and studying for mounted moving ring structure, method of interference values calculation and intensity design is pointed out. It is important for improving mechanical seal structure and getting good effect. It is also practical in selecting the seal structure, preventing seal failure and improving seal effect.
