狭叶半夏和普通半夏总生物碱含量比较

Comparison of the Content of alkaloid in Pinellia ternata f. angustata and P. ternata (Thunb.) Breit.

目的 比较狭叶半夏和普通半夏总生物碱含量。方法 重量法和酸性染料比色法。结果 重量法和酸性染料比色法均测得狭叶半夏总生物碱含量高于普通半夏。结论 总生物碱含量上的差异反应了二者品质上的优劣 。

Objective To determine the content of alkaloid of P. ternata f. angustata and P. ternata. Methods Gravimetric analysis and colorimetric method of acidic dye were used.Results Two kinds of maethods have the same result that the content of total alkaloid in P. ternata f. angustata is higher than that in P. ternata.Conclusion The difference of content of total alkaloid shows that there is different quality between P. ternata f. angustata and P.ternata,which the former is better than the latter in terms of the content of total alkaloid.
