摘要
目的研究大鼠纹状体神经细胞密度及超微结构的增龄变化,进一步探讨神经细胞衰老过程的特征,为纹状体神经元衰老变化提供形态学依据。方法观测健康Wistar大鼠18只,按月龄分为一两个月龄大鼠、六七个月龄大鼠、>24个月龄等3组,用电镜及体视学方法观测纹状体神经细胞密度及超微结构。结果一两个月龄与六七个月龄大鼠纹状体神经细胞密度差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),24个月龄以上大鼠纹状体神经细胞密度最低,与前两组相比差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);同月龄大鼠尾壳核、苍白球单位体积神经细胞数目差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),尾壳核神经细胞数目明显高于苍白球,尾壳核平均(81573±8272)个/mm3,苍白球为(24958±4314)个/mm3(P<0.01)。一两个月龄大鼠纹状体神经元较幼稚,游离核糖体较多;六七个月龄大鼠神经细胞发育成熟;>24个月龄大鼠神经细胞退化。结论神经细胞代谢、构筑和功能是相互适应的。
Aim To study and measure the neural density and ultra-structure of the striatum for changes of nerve cells in striatum with agin g.Methods The neural density and ultrastructu re in the striatum of Wistar rats of different age groups of 6rats(1-2months,6-7months,and>24months)were studied by biological stereolo gy and transmission electron microscopy.Results In both the 1-2months group and 6-7months group.However,the mean numb ers of neurons in caudatoputamen and in globus pallidus were not signi ficantly different between the 1-2months group and the 6-7months group.In each group,the neural density was significantly differen t between the globus pallidus and caudatoputamen(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the >24months rats and the 1-2months rats(P>0.05).Among the3groups the neural density was the lo west in the >24months group.The average neural density of cautoputa men was(81573±8272)cells /m 3 .The average neural density of globus pallidus was(24958±4314)cells /m 3 .Ultrastructural study showed that the neurons in striatum was juvenal in the 1-2months rats with many free r ibosomes,became mature in the6-7months rats,and degenerated in t he >24months rats.Conclusion The metabolism,constitution and fu nction of the neurons were mutual adaptation with each other.
