Hills多组分纺丝技术的关键在于纺丝头组件的设计和制造 ,该工艺总设备能力现约 2 5万t/a。本文介绍了Hills技术的特点和优点 ,该技术多用于非织造布的生产 ,在纺粘法生产中使用最多。
Design and manufacture the pack are keys of the Hills technology. Total installed capacity of the equipments is approximately 250 000 tons per year. The advantages and characteristics of Hills technology were presented in the paper. Major use of the technology is for production of nonwovens, especially for spunbond process.
