丹参注射液合大黄虫丸治疗慢性肝病纤维化的临床研究

Clinical Study of DANSHEN Injection Combined with DAHUANG ZHICHONG Pill for Chronic Hepatic Fibrosis

为观察丹参注射液合大黄虫丸配合西药治疗慢性乙型肝炎、肝硬化纤维化的临床疗效 ,选择肝硬化患者 46例 ,设健康对照组 40例比较 ,结果显示在总有效率、临床症状、体征、肝功能、门静脉主干血流动力学参数、肝纤维化指标上 ,治疗组疗效优于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,说明丹参注射液合大黄虫丸是一种安全、有效。

To observe the therapeutic efficiency of DANSHEN injection combined with DAHUANG ZHICHONGWAN pill and western medication on chronic hepatitis B and hepatocirrhosis fibrosis,46 cases of hepatocirrhosis were observed as compared with 40 normal subjects.The results showed that the observation group was obviously superior to the control group in total efficency,clinical symptoms,signs,liver functions,hemodynamics parameters of portal vein trunk,indexes of hepatocirrhosis (P<0.05).It indicates that DANSHEN injection combined with DAHUANG ZHICHONG pill is one of secure,effective and economical medication for treating chronic hepatic fibrosis.\;
