五味子多糖对S_(180)荷瘤小鼠抑瘤作用的研究

Study of Schizandrm Chinensis Polysaccharide on Anti-tumor Effects of Mice Bearing S_(180) Tumor

为观察五味子多糖的抑瘤作用 ,采用肿瘤移植的动物模型 ,研究五味子多糖的抑瘤率及对免疫器官的影响 ,结果表明高浓度的五味子多糖有较好的抑瘤作用 ,高浓度五味子多糖合环磷酰胺抑瘤率达 74.5 %,五味子多糖对荷瘤小鼠的免疫器官有较好的保护作用 ,说明五味子多糖能抑制肿瘤的生长 。

To observe the effects of Schizandrm Chinensis polysaccharide(SCP)on anti tumor,the animal models of tumor transplant were used to study the rate of anti tumor and the influence on immunologic organs.The results showed that the high concentration of SCP had better anti tumor effects.The rate of anti tumor of the high concentration of SCP combined cyclophosphamide was 74.5%.SCP had the protection effects on immunologic organs of mice bearing tumor.It indicates that SCP can inhibit tumor growth,and it can be used to prevent and treat tumor.\;
