摘要
目的 探讨人工晶状体植入术后,阿霉素对兔眼晶状体囊胶原增生的抑制作用及客观评价后囊浑浊的方法方法 采用兔晶状体囊外摘出联合人工晶状体植入术的动物模型,术中将携带阿霉素的聚乳酸缓释片植入15只兔眼晶状体囊袋内。术后观察后囊浑浊情况;术后第4周,进行后囊天狼星玫瑰红胶原染色及偏振光下观察,鉴别Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原及定量分析Ⅰ型胶原含最变化。缩果 实验组与对照组后囊周边部均出现Ⅲ型胶原,实验组后囊Ⅰ型胶原含量表达下降,与对照组比较差异具有显著性(t=3.65,P<0.05)。结论 阿霉素能有效抑制兔眼晶状体后囊胶原增生,天狼星玫瑰红胶原染色及偏振光下观察后囊胶原含量变化为实验室客观评价后囊浑浊提供一种简便有效的方法。
Objective To investigate adriamycin (AMD) in inhibiting proliferation of collagen on rabbits posterior capsule and objective means for valuing posterior capsule opacification (PCO) after IOL implantation. Methods A polylactic acid (PLA) disk containing 22μg ADM was implanted between the posterior capsule and IOL during the ECCE and IOL implanting operation. At 4 weeks after operation,the posterior capsules of fifteen rabbit eyes were examined by slitlamp and sinus rose BB staining for identify type Ⅰ and Ⅲ collagen. Results The degree of PCO and the level of type Ⅰ collagen in the test group was significantly lower than that in control group at 4 weeks after operation. Conclusion ADM can prevent proliferation of collagen on rabbits posterior capsule and sirius rose BB staining provide an objective and experimental means for valuing PCO after IOL implanting operation.
