摘要
在最终市场需求具有价格弹性的条件下,研究供应链中买方和卖方的协调问题,即研究单一卖方和单一买方以利润最大为目标的最优价格折扣契约的制定方法·卖方与买方在确定价格契约时,面临四种策略,即无折扣不合作、无折扣合作、有折扣非合作、有折扣合作·分别给出了每种策略下的利润函数,并分别给出了确定相应的最优价格折扣及买方的订货批量的方法,最后,通过案例与仿真对确定最优价格契约的方法进行了实证研究·
The efficient coordination between one buyer and one seller in the supply chain was studied. When a single seller and a single buyer make the optimal price-dis count contract, they need coordinate each other and aim to maximize the profi ts under the demand with price elasticity in the final market. The contract-mak ing method was studied determining the price discount contract, the seller and t he buyer are faced with four strategies: the strategy of non-cooperation withou t discount, the strategy of cooperation without discount, the strategy of non-c ooperation with discount and the strategy of cooperation with discount. The prof it functions of the four strategies were given and the methods of determining th e optimal price discount and the buyers ordering lot-size were given accordin gly. In the end, a case and simulation was given to qualify the method of determ ining the optimal price discount contract.
