Thought party-building theory is a great creation of the CPC. The ideological establishment is, for theparty, a basic establishment in which our party has learned a lot of valuable experience during the long practice of therevolution, building, reform, and development. So it is an important project of party building in the new era for us todeeply summarize the important experience, to hold the inherent law, and to improve its educational real effect interms of thought party-building, so as to lay a very strong thought foundation for running the party strictly.
