稻壳灰高性能混凝土力学性能试验研究

摘要 为减少水泥用量,降低成本,提高稻壳灰的利用率,发展绿色环保的高性能混凝土,以稻壳灰等质量取代水泥掺入混凝土中,复掺硅灰和粉煤灰,采用混凝土正交试验方法,研究稻壳灰、硅灰和粉煤灰的最佳掺量.通过分析在标准养护和干燥养护条件下混凝土的力学性能试验结果,确定了混凝土的最优配合比,并制备出工作性能较好,强度为C60的稻壳灰高性能混凝土. In order to decrease quantity of cement and cost, increase rice husk ash utilization rate, develope green and environmental protection high performance concrete, optimum mixing proportion was reasearched through orthogonal experiment with rice husk ash instead of cement and silica fume and fly ash complex. Optimum proportion was analyzed and confirmed by mechainical performance test based on condition of standard and drying maintenance, then high performance concrete mixing rice husk ash which intension is C60 was made.
