摘要 为了延长公路使用寿命,减少养护资金成本,以宁夏姚汝公路汝箕沟段旧沥青路面改建成水泥混凝土路面施工为例,通过掺入粉煤灰、外加剂等材料进行混凝土的配合比设计,制备出工作性较好的高强混凝土,再使用人工小型机具,按照要求厚度将其均匀摊铺到旧路面基层上,从而获得了强度高、刚度大、受温度影响小、水稳定性好、耐久性好、养护费用少和使用周期长的水泥混凝土路面. In order to prolong the life of road and reduce maintenance cost, taking the example of reconstruction of Rujigou Section in Yao-Ru Road, Ningxia, which road surface was changed from old asphalt to cement concrete, cement concrete was mixed with coal ash powder and additive to make good workability and high-strength concrete. According to required thickness,the high-strength concrete was averagely paved on the old roadbed by using small manual machine. This cement concrete road is high strength, good rigidity, excellent hydro stability, outstanding durability, less maintenance cost and long life cycle.
