基于满意度分析的银川平原休闲渔业消费特征研究

Satisfaction based analysis for leisure fishery consumption characteristics in Yinchuan plain

为了掌握银川平原休闲渔业垂钓者消费特征状况和满意程度,利用问卷调查法得到的一手资料,在对银川平原休闲渔业垂钓者的消费特征和消费动机特征进行分析的基础上,计算银川平原休闲渔业消费者满意度.结果表明:银川平原休闲渔业消费者的消费行为与人群结构特征有较强的相关性,不同类型人群消费特征差异显著;消费者垂钓动机受消费需求取向驱动,休闲娱乐普遍成为主要垂钓目的;银川平原休闲渔业消费者满意度打分未达到满意程度,未来发展平原休闲渔业应侧重不同消费人群需求,致力于在保护生态环境的基础上提高消费者的满意度.

In order to master anglers' consumption characteristics and the satisfaction degree of leisure fishery in Yinchuan plain, on the base of analyzing the consumption characteristics of leisure fishing anglers and consumer motivation characteristics, the degree of consumer satisfaction was calculated for leisure fishery in Yinchuan plain by questionnaire. The conclusions indicate that: there is a strong correlation between the consumption behavior of leisure fishery consumers and population structure characteristics in Yinchuan plain, and different types of consumers have different consumption characteristics significantly; consumer fishing motivation is driven by consumption demand,and the recreational fishing become the main purpose for leisure fishery; consumer satisfaction score does not reach satisfaction degree in Yinchuan plain, the future development of leisure fishery should be focused on the demands of different consumer groups, focus on improving customer satisfaction on the basis of protecting ecological environment.
