摘要
为改善抹灰砂浆的和易性,探索镁渣利用途径,以水胶比、镁渣掺量、粉煤灰取代率、单位用水量和外加剂掺量为因素,设计正交试验方案L25(56),试验研究镁渣复合抹灰砂浆的和易性,应用最小二乘法建立了抹灰砂浆沉入度和分层度显著的多元非线性回归模型.结果表明,水胶比、镁渣掺量、粉煤灰取代率、单位用水量和外加剂掺量对抹灰砂浆的和易性均有不同程度的影响,都是不容忽视的重要因素.镁渣对砂浆的流动度有不利影响,但经预浸水处理可减轻,其可提高砂浆保水性的特点,有助于解决抹灰砂浆收缩开裂问题,为复合抹灰砂浆的和易性改善提供了技术参考.
In order to improve the workability of the plastering mortar, the factors were explored to magnesium slag such as: water binder ratio, magnesium slag content, fly ash replacement rate, unit water and admixture dosage, then orthogonal test scheme L25(56) is designed to study the workability of magnesium slag composite plaster mortar by experiment. Least squares method was used to build significant multiple nonlinear regression models of the sink degrees and the layered degrees of plastering mortar. Results show that water binder ratio,magnesium slag content, fly ash replacement rate, unit water and admixture dosage have varying degrees of influence on the workability of plastering mortar, and they are all can not be ignored as important factors. Magnesium slag has an adverse effect on the fluidity of the mortar, but it can be reduced by pre-immersion treatment. It helps solving the problem of shrinkage cracking of plastering mortar that magnesium slag could increase water retention of mortar. Technical reference was provided for the improvement of the workability of composite plastering mortar.
