宁夏沿黄经济区经济发展与居民生活质量耦合协调性研究

Coupling coordination between the level of economic development and the quality of residents' life in the economic zone along the Yellow River

以宁夏沿黄经济区为研究区域,以2012年为时间节点,通过构建经济发展水平与居民生活质量指标体系,运用熵权法、综合评价指数、耦合协调度对各地区经济发展与居民生活质量及其之间的耦合协调发展关系进行分析.结果表明,银川市经济发展和居民生活质量的综合评价指数都为最高水平,而且2个子系统之间具有较为良好的耦合协调发展关系;永宁县、贺兰县、灵武市、石嘴山市和利通区的经济发展与居民生活质量的耦合协调发展关系处于濒临失调衰退水平;青铜峡市、平罗县、沙坡头区和中宁县的经济发展和居民生活质量的耦合协调发展关系已经处于失调衰退状态,同时这几个地区的经济发展与居民生活质量综合评价值也处于低水平.最后,给出宁夏沿黄经济区经济发展水平与居民生活质量协调发展的实现途径.

Economic zone along the Yellow River in Ningxia as the study area,with 2012 as the time node,by building index system with the level of economic development and the quality of residents' life, using entropy-right method,comprehensive evaluation index and coupling coordination degree,coupling coordinated relations was built and analyzed between economic development and residents' quality of life in this region. The results showed that comprehensive evaluation index(both economic development and residents' living quality) are the highest level in Yinchuan City,the two subsystems have good coupling and coordinated development relations; Yongning County, Helan County, Lingwu City, Shizuishan City and Litong District are in the verge of disorder recession levels;Qingtongxia City,Pingluo County,Shapotou District and Zhongning County are already in recession disorders; at the same time, comprehensive evaluation values(economic development and residents' living quality) are also at low level in these areas. Finally, measures were proposed to improve economic development and resident living of the economic zone along Yellow River in Ningxia.
