摘要
针对宁夏新庄集一泵站压力管道产生振动的工程问题,通过现场排查分析,初步确认压力管道振动主要是发生共振引起的。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench 14.5对压力管道建立数学模型并进行静力分析和模态分析。计算结果表明,在相同运行工况下,1.6 m管径的管道结构固有频率与管道系统的激发频率处在共振区;1.4 m管径的管道结构固有频率不在管道系统的激发频率范围内。最后得出管道产生振动的主要原因是共振。
In view of the vibration problem during using the pressure piping system of a pumping station in Ningxia Xinzhuangji, by using field investigation, observation data, and the vibration reason screening methods, pressure piping vibration is initially confirmed that mainly caused by resonance. By using finite element analysis software, ANSYS Workbench14.5, mathematical model of the piping system was established and static analysis and modal analysis were implemented.The results show that under the same operating conditions, 1.6 m diameter of pipeline structural natural frequency and excitation frequency of pipeline system in the resonance region, but 1.4 m diameter of the pipeline structure natural frequency is beyond the scope of the excitation frequency of pipeline system. Finally, vibration of piping resonance derive from resonance was confirmed.
