摘要
随着我国经济的发展,能源需求日益增长,大型水电工程的修建势在必行。大型水电工程在兴建初期,应该对水库区影响范围进行分析、计算,从而解决工程造价、移民安置及水库安全运行等问题,但在实际水库区影响范围的确定计算中,并没有明确的计算方法。为了解决此问题,结合某水电工程,依据《水电工程建设征地处理范围界定规范》(DL/T 5376—2007)相关定义及规定,应用均质含水土层的卡明斯基公式分析、计算确定该工程因水库蓄水引起的浸没问题;依据《水电水利工程水库区工程地质勘察技术规程》(DL/T 5336—2006)中的相关规定,采用长期预测的方法分别对均值及非均值岸坡预测坍岸的宽度和范围。由此准确预测了该工程库区影响范围,妥善解决了移民安置及降低了工程造价。
With the development of economy in our country, energy demand is growing, it is imperative to build large hydropower projects. Early Stage of construction of large hydropower project, the scope of reservoir area should be analyzed and calculated to solve the problems of engineering cost, resettlement and safe operation of reservoir. But in influence range calculation of the actual reservoir area, there is no clear calculation method. In order to solve this problem, combined with a hydropower project, and on the basis of definition and related regulations on 'hydropower project construction land acquisition processing scope standard'(DL/T 5376—2007), immersion problems caused by reservoir impoundment were analyzed by Kaminski formula in homogeneous aquifers; According to the relevant provisions of 'technical rules for the engineering geological survey of the reservoir area of hydro project'(DL/T 5336—2006), width and range of bank-slope collapsing was predicted by using mean and non-mean method of long term prediction. The influence range of the project area is predicted accurately, and properly solve the problem of resettlement and reducing the cost of the project.
