摘要 针对U形混凝土渠道衬砌制板机的钢模板振动及变形特点,以其钢模板为对象,利用动态应变测试试验及曲线拟合方法,研究了钢模板振动特征及变形特点。结果表明,钢模板振动整体表现为低阶振动模态特征,其变形符合简谐振动规律;振动频率在钢模板下部最大,钢模板下部振动频率比上部频率增加30.73%;振动荷载对钢模板变形的影响在模板固定铰链处最大,该处等效应变是钢模板最小等效应变的8.91倍;钢模板厚度及加劲肋设置均匀条件下,钢模板振动频率自下而上呈递减梯度分布,在其直段与弧段相交处变形较大。 The performances of vibration and deformation of steel template for U-shaped concrete channel lining making machine were investigated by the dynamic strain test and curve fitting method.The result showed that the steel template present the low order vibration mode and simple harmonic vibration deformation.The largest vibration frequency at the bottom of the rear steel template increases by 30.73% than the upper.The vibration load has a major influence on the deformation characteristics in the fixed hinge of the rear steel template where the equivalent strain is 8.91 times than the minimum equivalent strain of the rear steel template.Under the condition of uniform thickness and uniform distribution of reinforce ribs,the vibration frequency of the rear steel template decreases from the bottom to the upper,and the largest deformation emerges in the cross of the straight and the arc line segments of the rear steel template.
