混凝土渠道衬砌材料的试验研究

摘要 为能在装配式渠道及建筑物建造中大比例添加粉煤灰,通过设置水胶比、粉煤灰、抗冻剂3因素3水平正交试验确定最优配合比。结果表明,以28 d抗压强度和28 d劈裂抗拉强度为考察指标,采用综合平衡法最终确定最优配合比为水胶比0.34、粉煤灰掺量20%、抗冻剂4%。试件冻融试验表明,选择合适的水胶比对提高渠道混凝土的抗冻性能非常重要;粉煤灰掺量和抗冻剂掺量对渠道混凝土的强度和动弹性模量无显著影响。所优选的配合比已投入装配式渠道混凝土板材生产,通过一年的使用和观察,工作性能良好。 In order to increasing the adding amount of fly ash in the preparation of the precast channel and building materials,The prescription were optimized by designing orthogonal experimentation of 3 factors and 3 levels,and the effects of three important parameters including water-binder ratio,fly ash and antifreeze on 28 d compressive strength and 28 d splitting tensile strength were evaluated based on comprehensive balance method.The results showed that the optimition formula were composed of 20% fly ash,4% antifreeze and water-binder ratio 0.34.Meanwhile,appropriate water-binder ratio were helpful to improve the antifreeze performance of concrete.The optimum formula has been put into the production of assembled channels prefabricated concrete plate.And the effect were better after about a year using.
