锚笼环重力式风机基础的施工实例

A construction example of anchor cage ring gravity fan foundation

以新疆哈密某风电场风机基础施工为例,介绍了风机基础土石方工程、基础垫层、钢筋制作安装、模板工程、锚笼环安装、风机基础混凝土浇筑的施工过程,着重对锚笼环重力式风机基础的施工工艺及注意事项进行总结,为风力发电工程的施工和管理提供借鉴。

Taking one of the wind turbine foundations in Hami District(Xinjiang) as an example,the anchor cage ring of wind turbine foundation is analyzed in this paper.All the construction technology of the wind turbine foundation is included in this paper,such as earth and stone work,foundation pad,reinforced steel production and installation,template engineering,installation of the anchor cage ring and the pouring of concrete.The construction technology of installation anchor cage ring is the most important in the foundation,and the others are similar to the traditional foundation.So,this paper is focused on the construction technology of installation anchor cage ring and the matters needing attention.All of these are coming from the experience in construction of the wind turbine foundation.It may be having certain reference value for the construction wind power project and construction management.
