摘要
对宁夏金冠产区套袋果进行不同时期除袋,成熟期统一采收,统计果皮着色状况并测定果皮叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、花色素含量。结果表明:金冠不套袋采收果实为青绿色,套袋采收果实为黄色;不同时期除袋,果实着红色且着色不均,着色指数与着色率成正相关关系;采收前10-15d除袋,果皮叶绿素含量最低,着色率、着色指数、花色素含量最高,为宁夏金冠产区最佳除袋期。
Ningxia Golden Delicious bagged fruit-producing areas were debagging in different periods, unified harvest in mature period, statistics the colouring of peel rind and measuring the content of chlorophyll, carotenoids, anthocyanin. It is found that: debagging Golden Delicious fruits is blue green when harvest, bagging is yellow; when debagging in different periods, the fruits in red and nonuniform colouring index and rate of colouring into positively correlated; if debagging 10-15 d before harvest, it has the minimum content in chlorophyll, coloring rate,colouring index, the maximum anthocyanin,these are the best debagging periods of Ningxia Golden Delicious.
