摘要
针对油井试油压裂返排、抽汲等过程中,返排出的含油泥砂和沉砂罐、井口设备附着原油难以有效清理等问题,在分析原油组分的基础上,以表面活性剂、溶剂及碱液类为主,开发出一种高效除油体系,该体系对支撑剂表面原油清除率大于96%,对大罐等表面原油清除率大于92%,现场采用高压清洗机+高效除油剂清除工艺,实验4井组16口井,清洗沉砂罐、大罐等20余具,清洗支撑剂、油泥等6 m^3,为试油现场清洁化提供有力支撑。
Based on the analysis of the crude oil components, the surface active agent, solvent and alkaline solution are the main problems in the process of fracturing and pumping and so on. A highly efficient oil removal system has been developed. The removal rate of crude oil on the surface of the support agent is more than 96 %, and that of the surface oil such as large tanks is more than 92 %. High-pressure cleaning machines and high-efficiency oil removal agent removal processes have been adopted on the spot in 16 wells. They included cleaning sand tanks, large tanks and other more than 20, cleaning support, oil mud and other 6 parties, such as well mouth, throttle sink and other cleaning effect is good, can provided strong support for the cleaner oil test site.
