摘要
针对服役于高温高压复杂井况下的油管特殊螺纹接头上扣后的密封性展开研究,利用有限元仿真的手段建立了油管接头上扣后多角度评价模型,经过对接头密封部位接触压力、密封积分强度、等效应力的计算,最终发现接头上扣后的密封状态良好,本次计算的理论参数可供油管接头结构设计提供指导价值。
The sealing performance of the special threaded joint of the tubing under the high temperature and high pressure complex well conditions was studied. The multi-angle evaluation model of the tubing joint was established by means of finite element simulation. After the contact pressure of the joint sealing part, the calculation of the integral strength and equivalent stress of the seal finally found that the sealing state of the joint after the buckle was good. The theoretical parameters of this calculation can provide guiding value for the structural design of the tubing joint.
