一种老化油用低温破乳剂的研究与应用 被引量:8

摘要 针对长庆油田已有的老化油处理工艺费用高且无法满足系统内老化油处理需求现状,通过调整乳状液HLB值改变老化油的稳定性及离子型表面活性剂的特点,研究开发出一种处理工艺简单、操作方便的低温老化油破乳剂,并考察破乳温度、沉降时间等工艺条件对采油六厂胡十二转老化油脱水效果的影响。结果表明,该低温老化油破乳剂最佳脱水工艺条件为:加药浓度0.5%、破乳温度为30℃、沉降时间为24 h,脱水率即可达到94.3%以上,并可有效的分离原油中的机械杂质,为油田老化油处理提供了一种新的思路。 Due to the cost and the inability of meeting the current demand for aging oil treatment techology in Changqing oilfield,the experimental study of a low temperature demulsifier was developed.This product was synthesized based on changing the stability of the aging oil and the behavior of ionic surfactant via adjusting HLB value of emulsion.It has several astonish aspects at convenient operation,simple processing,and the desirable performance.In Hu 12 turn of No.6 oil production plant case,demulsification temperature,settling time,and other processing conditions that effect dewatering were studied.The results show that the optimal dehydration process conditions of the low temperature aging oil demulsifier are the dosing concentration is 0.5%,the demulsification temperature at 30℃,the settling time is 24 hours.Once the mentioned conditions are satisfied,the dehydration rate will reach more than 94.3%,which can effectively separate the mechanical impurities from crude oil and provide a new idea for oilfield aging oil treatment.
