胰激肽原酶联合强精汤对糖尿病不育症精液质量及性激素水平的影响

Effects of pancreatic kinionogenase enteric-coated tablet and Qiangjing Decoction on semen quality and sex hormone level in Diabetic infertility

目的运用胰激肽原酶肠溶片联合强精汤治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病不育症,观察精液质量和精子运动参数的变化,同时检测性激素水平,研究其治疗该病的作用机制。方法将64例2型糖尿病不育症患者在积极治疗原发病的情况下分为治疗组和对照组,各32例。对照组给予五子衍宗汤和葡萄糖酸锌片治疗,治疗组采用强精汤联合胰激肽原酶肠溶片治疗,连续3个月为1疗程。对比两组精液质量和精子运动参数,同时检测在治疗前后性激素的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为81.25%(26/32),对照组总有效率为31.25%(10/32),治疗组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且治疗后治疗组的精子密度和活动率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组精液量治疗前后变化均不明显(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后血清睾酮(T)水平及卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平均较治疗前有所提高且明显高于对照组(P<0.01);黄体生成素(LH)治疗前后升高不明显(P>0.05)。对照组治疗前后性激素水平均无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论胰激肽原酶肠溶片联合强精汤可以改善Ⅱ型糖尿病不育症患者的精液质量,增加受孕概率,并能促进睾丸微循环和改善性激素水平,这也可能是其发挥作用的重要机制之一。

Objective To investigate the effects of pancreatic kinionogenase enteric-coated tablet and Qiangjing Decoction on semen quality and sex hormone level in Diabetic infertility and explore its therapeutic mechanism. Methods Total of 64 patients with diabetic infertility were randomly divided into two groups including the control group(n=30) and the treatment group(n=30). The patients in the control group were treated with Wuzi Decoction and Zinc Gluconate Tablets, and the patients in the treatment group were treated with QiangJing Decoction and Pancreatic kinionogenase enteric-coated,with the course of 3 months. The clinical efficacy and changes of sperm parameters and sex hormone were evaluated. Clinical efficacy and the changes in sperm parameters and sex hormone level were evaluated. Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 81.25% in the treatment group and 31.25% in the control group, there was a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.01). In each group, there were significant differences in the level a sperm,level(a+b) sperm,sperm motility between before and after treatment(P <0.01). After treatment, there were significant differences in level a sperm and level(a+b) sperm, sperm motility between the two groups(P <0.01)but Semen volume(P >0.05).Treatment group can effectively increase T level and FSH level in patients(P <0.01)but LH(P >0.05). Conclusion Pancreatic kinionogenase enteric-coated and QiangJing Decoction were effective for treatment of diabetic infertility by improving the quality of sperm remarkably.
