摘要
目的探讨间接免疫荧光法检测抗核抗体的性能验证。方法对间接免疫荧光法检测抗核抗体的重复性(批内重复性、批间重复性、批批重复性)和准确度进行评价。结果批内重复性、批间重复性、批批重复性及100份患者标本的阴性、阳性符合率均为100%。准确度验证阴性、阳性符合率均为100%,Kappa为1.0。结论本室间接免疫荧光法检测抗核抗体的重复性、准确度能满足实验性能验证的要求。
Objective To evaluate the detection method of indirect immunofluorescence anti nuclear antibody.Methods The repeatability included within-run repeatability,inter-repeatability and batch-batch repeatability of detection accuracy of anti nuclear antibody by indirect immunofluorescence was evaluated.Accuracy was statistically analyzed the consistent rate of positive and negative of EQA data.Results The negative and positive consistent rate of intra,inter detection and batch-batch detection were 100%;The negative and positive consistent rate of EQA data were 100%.Conclusion The repeatability and accuracy of the indirect immunofluorescence method in our laboratory satisfy the detect performance.
