慢性心衰患者CA125及TNF-α水平与血管内皮功能的相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨慢性心衰患者CA125及TNF-α水平与血管内皮功能的相关性。方法选择慢性心衰患者125例,根据纽约心脏病协会(NYHA)心功能分级标准进行分级,分别检测CA19-9、TNF-α、AngⅡ、ET、v WF。结果 III级患者血清CA125、TNF-α较II级患者均出现升高(P<0.05),IV级患者较II、III级患者升高(P<0.05)。III级患者AngⅡ、ET、v WF较II级患者(P<0.05),IV级患者AngⅡ、ET、v WF高于II、III级患者(P<0.05)。CA125与AngⅡ、v WF呈正相关(P<0.05),TNF-α与AngⅡ、v WF呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 CA125及TNF-α水平与血管内皮功能指标密切相关,对其水平检测有助于明确慢性心衰血管内皮细胞损伤的进展。 Objective To investigate the correlation between CA125 and TNF-α with vascular endothelial function in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 125 cases of chronic heart failure patients were enrolled according to the NYHA heart function classification,and the CA19-9,TNF alpha,Ang Ⅱ,ET,v WF were detected. Results The CA125,TNF-αin level III patients were significantly higher than that in level II patients( P < 0. 05),which were significantly higher( P < 0. 05) in level IV patients than that in level II and III patients. The Ang Ⅱ,ET,v WF of level III patients showed significant difference when compared with level II patients( P <0. 05). The Ang Ⅱ,ET,v WF of level IV patients were significantly higher than that in level II patients( P < 0. 05). The CA125 and AngⅡ,v WF showed significant positive correlation( P < 0. 05),and the TNF alpha and Ang Ⅱ,v WF showed significantly positive correlation( P < 0. 05). Conclusion CA125 and TNF-αare associated with the endothelial function,which help to make clear the progress of chronic heart failure.
