16层螺旋CT血管成像评价副肾动脉的应用价值 被引量:2

Application of 16-slice spiral CT angiography in the accessory renal arteries

摘要 目的探讨16层螺旋CT血管成像技术显示副肾动脉的能力,了解副肾动脉解剖学特征。方法对16层螺旋CT血管成像95例患者,采用多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)及容积再现(VR)对双肾副肾动脉进行评价和分析。结果 95例患者中35例(36.8%)发现副肾动脉共计57支,其中左肾23个(24.2%),右肾25个(26.3%);副肾动脉57支中,1支型40个肾脏,2支型7个肾脏,3支型1个肾脏;腹主动脉起源27支,过早分支30支;经肾脏上极入肾47支,经肾脏下极入肾10支。结论 16层螺旋CT血管成像技术能够清晰显示副肾动脉,对其数量、起源及走行分布进行详细评估,能为肾脏手术及移植肾供体的术前评估提供详细解剖学信息。 Objective To discuss the value of 16- slice CT angiography( CTA) showed the accessory renal arteries.Methods 95 cases renal CTA was performed. The accessory renal vessels were reconstructed using CTA 3D technique,image processing included multi- plannar reformation( MPR),maximum intensity projection( MIP) and volume rendering( VR). Results 57 accessory renal arteries were found in 48 kidneys of 35 cases,the incidence of ARAs were 36. 8%( L 24. 2%,R 26. 3%). There were 40 kidneys with one accessory renal arteries,7 kidneys with two accessory renal arteries,1 kidney with three. 27 branches direct from the abdominal aorta,30 branches were early branched of renal artery. 47 branches through the upper pole enter the kidney,and the other 10 branches through lower pole. Conclusion 16- slice CTA can directly and correctly show the details of accessory renal arteries,conduct a detailed assessment of its quantity,origin and distribution. 16- slice CTA has high value in the evaluation of accessory renal arteries.
