大小蓟对脓毒症大鼠心功能和血浆炎症因子水平影响的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察大蓟和小蓟对脓毒症休克大鼠心功能和血浆炎症因子的影响。方法复制脓毒症休克大鼠模型,用BL-420生物机能实验系统测定大鼠血流动力学改变,ELISA法检测血浆IL-1β、TNF-α和IL-6水平。结果脓毒症休克模型组大鼠心功能显著降低,血浆IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6水平显著升高;大蓟干预后,大鼠心功能显著低于模型组,血浆炎症因子水平与模型组相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。小蓟干预后,大鼠心功能有所恢复,IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6水平降低。结论在治疗脓毒症休克大鼠的过程中,大蓟主要发挥降压作用,而小蓟主要发挥抗炎作用。 Objective To observe the effects of cirsium segetum and cirsium japonicum on cardiac function and plasma inflammatory factor of sepsis shock rats. Methods Sepsis shock rats model was constructed according to the report. Heart rate and mean arterial pressure were measured by using BL- 420 biological function experimental system. Plasma IL- 1β,TNF- αand IL- 6 levels were assayed by ELISA. Plasma glucose content was detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. Results Cardiac function was significant inhibited while plasma IL- 1β,TNF- αand IL- 6 level were significant increase in sepsis shock rats compared to the sham group. After cirsium japonicum treated,cardiac function was lower than that in sham group. Plasma IL- 1β,TNF- αand IL- 6 level were no significant between sepsis shock group and cirsium japonicum group. After cirsium segetum treated,cardiac function was improved and plasma IL- 1β,TNF- αand IL- 6 level were decreased. Conclusion Dominant function of cirsium japonicum is depressurization while major role of cirsium segetum is anti- inflammation during sepsis shock treatment.
