牙列缺损伴重度磨耗咬合重建修复的效果探讨

The repair of occlusal rehabilitation for partially edentulous patients with severe worm dentition

目的探讨牙列缺损伴重度磨耗患者咬合重建修复的方法与效果。方法选取牙列缺损伴重度磨耗患者50例,采用回顾性分析患者临床资料的方法,观察临床修复效果,总结牙列缺损伴重度磨耗咬合重建修复治疗的方法与效果。结果 50例患者经过咬合重建治疗后皆给予3、6、12、18个月的随访,结果显示均具有较高的优良率。结论给予牙列缺损伴重度磨耗患者咬重建修复治疗可恢复患者正常的咀嚼功能,改善美观。

Objective To discussion the clinical effects of occlusal rehabilitation for partially edentulous patients with severely worn dentition. Methods 50 patients with severe tooth wear and tooth missing were enrolled in the study,and used the method of retrospective analysis of clinical data,clinical repair effect,summed dentition defect with serious attrition of occlusal rehabilitation treatment methods and effects. Results 50 patients of occlusal reconstruction treatment were given 3,6,12 and 18 months following- up,the total effective rate was achieved. Conclusion Systematic and reasonable occlusal rehabilitation treatment can restore normal chewing function,relieve tooth hypersensitivity and temporomandibular joint disorder disease,improve aesthetic appearance and the quality of life of patients.
