高血压合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者血浆儿茶酚胺、血浆醛固酮水平的相关研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究高血压合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)患者血浆儿茶酚胺、血浆醛固酮水平。方法选择经明确诊断为高血压病、高血压合并OSAS的患者共856例,将患者分为高血压组及高血压合并OSAS组,采用放射免疫法测定2组儿茶酚胺及醛固酮水平。结果高血压合并OSAS组患者血浆中儿茶酚胺水平(23. 4±7. 4) ng/m L,高于高血压组的(19. 5±5. 2) ng/m L;高血压合并OSAS组患者血浆中醛固酮水平(14. 09±4. 43) ng/dl,高于高血压组的(10. 08±3. 95) ng/dl,高血压合并OSAS患者血浆中儿茶酚胺、醛固酮水平高于单纯高血压组(P <0. 05)。结论在预防及治疗高血压合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征过程中,除了基本药物治疗外,可通过抑制儿茶酚胺、醛固酮水平、改善夜间通气,从而获得良好的治疗效果。 Objective To study the change of plasma catecholamine and aldosterone in hypertensive( HT) patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome( OSAS). Method 856 hypertensive outpatients were selected. The patients were divided into two groups,HT only group( n = 516) and HT with OSAS group( n = 340). For all subjects plasma catecholamine( CA) and aldosterone( ALD) levels were detected by radioimmunity method. Results The plasma CA level of HT with OSAS patients was significantly higher than HT group (( 23. 4 ± 7. 4) ng/ml vs( 19. 5 ± 5. 2) ng/ml,P < 0. 05)Also the ALD level in HT with OSAS group was much higher than HT group (12. 34( 9. 66,18. 52) ng/dl vs 10. 5( 8. 12,14. 03) ng/dl,P < 0. 05)Conclusion In addition to basic drug treatment,it could enhance therapeutic effect by inhibit the CA and ALD levels to improve airway ventilation at night.
