摘要
目的探讨降钙素原(PCT)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)及细胞因子水平与新生儿窒息的关系。方法将收治的窒息新生儿按出生后1 min Apgar评分,设为轻度窒息组21例、重度窒息组9例,30例健康足月儿设为对照组。采用ELISA法检测3组新生儿不同时期的血清PCT、CRP、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平。结果与对照组相比,窒息组患儿血清PCT、CRP及IL-6水平明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05);IL-2水平明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。重度窒息组患儿血清PCT、CRP及IL-6水平明显高于轻度窒息组(P <0. 05),重度窒息组患儿血清IL-2水平明显低于轻度窒息组(P <0. 05)。新生儿窒息程度与CRP及IL-6水平均呈显著正相关性(P <0. 05)。结论窒息新生儿血清PCT、CRP及细胞因子水平变化在新生儿窒息发病机制中起重要作用,且窒息程度越重,CRP及IL-6水平越高。
Objective To explore the changes of PCT and CRP and Cytokine in newborns with asphyxia.Methods 60 cases of newborns were collected,including 30 cases in the normal group,21 cases in the mild asphyxia group,9 cases in the severe asphyxia group.Blood samples of the neonates in all groups were collected to determine the PCT levels and CRP levels and IL-2 levels and IL-6 levels.Results The neonates in the asphyxia newborn group had significantly lower IL-2 levels than those in the control group(P<0.05).The neonates in the asphyxia newborn group had significantly higher PCT,CRP and IL-6 levels than those in the control group(P<0.05).The neonates in the severe asphyxia newborn group had significantly lower IL-2 levels than those in the mild asphyxia group(P<0.05).The neonates in the severe asphyxia newborn group had significantly higher PCT,CRP and IL-6 levels than those in the mild asphyxia group(P<0.05).The levels of CRP were positively correlated with levels of IL-6(P<0.05).Conclusions PCT,CRP,IL-2 and IL-6 levels could improve apparently in asphyxia newborn,which has important value in newborn asphyxia pathogenesis.The detection of serum PCT,CRP and IL-6 levels in neonatal asphyxia and prognosis play important reference value.
