摘要
目的探讨房颤患者氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、基质金属蛋白酶-9、(MMP-9)与左房结构的关系。方法选取房颤患者120例(其中阵发性房颤患者62例,持续性房颤患者58例)及健康对照组69例,测定左房前后径、左房最大容积、左房最小容积,计算左房容积指数,检测NT-proBNP、MMP-9水平,比较各组差异及相互关系。结果阵发房颤组和持续房颤组左房前后径、左房最大容积、左房最小容积、左房容积指数、NT-proBNP、MMP-9指标明显高于对照组(P<0.05);持续房颤组左房最大容积、左房最小容积、左房容积指数、NT-proBNP、MMP-9指标高于阵发房颤组(P<0.05),左房前后径略高于阵发房颤组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);直线相关分析显示阵发房颤组和持续房颤组NT-proBNP、MMP-9与左房前后径、左房最大容积、左房最小容积、左房容积指数呈正相关;NT-proBNP与MMP-9呈正相关。结论房颤患者NT-proBNP、MMP-9与左房结构变化密切相关。
Objective To investigate the correlation between NT-proBNP,MMP-9 and the left atrial structural in patients with atrial fibrillation.Methods 120 cases of patients with atrial fibrillation were enrolled,who were classified into the paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group(n=62)and the persistent atrial fibrillation group(n=58).Sixty-nine healthy subjects was as control group.Left atrial dimension(LAD),left atrial maximum volume(LAVmax),left atrial minimum volume(LAVmin)and left atrial volumeindex(LAVI)were measured.The NT-proBNP and MMP-9 were detected.The differences and correlation among NT-proBNP,MMP-9 and the left atrial structural were analyzed.Results The NT-Pro BNP,MMP-9,LAD,LAVmax,LAVmin and LAVI in atrial fibrillation patients were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The NT-Pro BNP,MMP-9,LAVmax,LAVmin and LAVI l in the persistent atrial fibrillation group were significantly higher than that in the paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group(P<0.05).Two variables linear correlation analysis showed that the NT-pro BNP,MMP-9 were positively correlated with LAD,LAVmax,LAVmin and LAVI in atrial fibrillation group,and the NT-Pro BNP was positively correlated with MMP-9.Conclusion The NT-pro BNP and MMP-9 are significantly correlated with the left atrial structural in patients with atrial fibrillation.
