压力接种训练对胃肠癌患者心理弹性水平和焦虑抑郁的影响

Effect of stress inoculation training on resilience,anxiety and depression in patients with gastrointestinal cancer

目的探讨压力接种训练对胃肠癌患者心理弹性水平及焦虑抑郁的影响。方法选取住院进行手术治疗并行首次化疗的胃肠癌患者325例,按住院时间随机分为对照组162例、实验组163例,2组患者均行健康教育和心理护理,实验组在此基础上实施概念阶段、技能获得和复述阶段、应用和完成阶段、总结评价阶段共10周的压力接种训练。干预前后采用心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行评定。结果经过10周的压力接种训练,实验组患者的CD-RISC得分由干预前的(52.96±5.02)分提高到干预后的(57.43±5.69)分,SAS、SDS得分由干预前的(60.10±8.56)分、(59.82±8.79)分降低到干预后的(52.08±8.17)分、(53.39±7.81)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论压力接种训练能改善胃肠癌患者的心理弹性水平,进而降低焦虑抑郁水平。

Objective To investigate the effects of stress inoculation training on resilience,anxiety and depression status in gastric cancer patients.Methods A total of 325 patients with gastrointestinal cancer who underwent surgical treatment and received chemotherapy first time in a tertiary hospital were selected.They were divided into control group(n=162)and experimental group(n=163)according to the time of hospitalization.The patients had health education and psychological nursing in two groups.The experimental group implemented 10 weeks of stress inoculation training including conceptual phase,skills acquisition and restatement phase,application and completion phase,and summary evaluation phase.The effects were evaluated before and after intervention by using Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS).Results After 10 weeks of stress inoculation training,the CD-RISC score in the experimental group increased from 52.96±5.02 to 57.43±5.69 after intervention.The SAS and SDS scores decreased from 60.10±8.56 and 59.82±8.79 to 52.08±8.17 and 53.39±7.81 after intervention.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Stress inoculation training can improve the resilience of patients with gastrointestinal cancer,thereby reducing the level of anxiety and depression.
