中草药治疗扁平疣疗效评价的Meta分析及其机理探讨

Meta analysis of therapeutic effect of Chinese Herbal Medicine on verruca plana

目的系统评价中草药治疗扁平疣的疗效及其机理探讨。方法计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、Cochrane图书馆、中国生物医学文献光盘数据库及中国期刊全文数据库,纳入比较中草药治疗扁平疣的随机对照试验(RCT),对纳入研究的方法学质量进行评价,并应用Rev Man 5.3软件进行统计分析。结果共纳入16项RCT,合计1 658例患者。Meta分析结果表明,中草药化裁治疗扁平疣,总有效率[RR=1.22,95%CI(1.14,1.31),Z=5.78,P<0.05],不良反应[RR=0.59,95%CI(0.39,0.92),Z=2.35,P<0.05],差异均有统计学意义;CD3^+[SMD=0.19,95%CI(-0.09,0.46),Z=1.34,P<0.18],CD4^+[SMD=1.89,95%CI(-0.74,4.52),Z=1.41,P<0.05],CD8^+[SMD=-0.43,95%CI(-1.54,0.68),Z=0.75,P<0.05],差异无统计学意义;纳入研究文献的方剂统计,板蓝根、薏苡仁、红花、甘草、桃仁、大青叶使用频次较高。结论中草药化裁治疗扁平疣疗效更好,安全性高。

Objective To systematically evaluate the effectiveness and discuss the mechanism of Chinese Herbal Medicine on verruca plana.Methods PubMed,EMbase,Cochrane Library,CBM and CNKI were retrieved.Randomized controlled trials(RCT)decoction for verruca plana were included and compared.The methodological quality of included studies was evaluated and meta-analysis was performed by Rev Man 5.3 software.Results 16 RCTs were included,involving 1658 patients.Meta-analysis showed the total effective rate of the decoction treatment for verruca plana was[RR=1.22,95%CI(1.14,1.31),Z=5.78,P<0.05],adverse reactions(RR=0.59,95%CI(0.39,0.92),Z=2.35,P<0.05)There were no statistical differences in CD3^+[SMD=0.19,95%CI(-0.09,0.46),Z=1.34,P<0.05],CD4^+[SMD=1.89,95%CI(-0.74,4.52),Z=1.41,P<0.05],CD8^+(SMD=-0.43,95%CI(-1.54,0.68),Z=0.75,P<0.05)The prescription statistics of Radix Isatidis,Coix seed,Safflower,Licorice,Peach kernel and Big Green Leaf were used more frequently.Conclusion Chinese Herbal Medicine is more effective and safe in the treatment of verruca plana.
