Skp2、CyclinD1在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

Expression of Skp2 and CyclinD1 and their clinical significance in gastric cancer

目的探讨激酶相关蛋白2(Skp2)、细胞周期蛋白(CyclinD1)在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法用免疫组化En Vision法检测80例胃癌组织、40例癌旁正常组织中Skp2、CyclinD1蛋白的表达情况。结果 Skp2蛋白在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率(77.5%)高于癌旁正常胃组织(15.0%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);CyclinD1蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达率(73.7%)高于癌旁正常胃组织(22.5%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);Skp2和CyclinD1蛋白在胃癌组织中表达呈正相关性(r=0.371,P<0.05);Skp2的阳性表达率与组织细胞的分化程度及淋巴结转移呈正相关性(P<0.05)。CyclinD1阳性表达率与组织分化程度、淋巴结转移呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论 Skp2、CyclinD1蛋白异常表达参与了胃癌的发生、分化和淋巴结转移。

Objective To evaluate the expression and clinical significance of Skp2 and CyclinD1 in human gastric cancer.Methods Immunohistochemical staining(En Vision)was applied to detect?the expression of Skp2 and CyclinD1 in 80 cases of gastric cancer tissues and 40 cases of adjacent normal gastric tissues.Results The positive expression rate of Skp2 protein(77.5%)in the gastric cancer tissues was higher than those in the adjacent normal gastric tissues(15.0%,P<0.05).The positive expression rate of CyclinD1 protein(73.7%)in the gastric cancer tissues was higher than those in the adjacent normal gastric tissues(22.5%,P<0.05).Skp2 had positive correlation with CyclinD1 in gastric cancer(r=0.831,P<0.05).The expression of Skp2 was closely correlated with?the degree of tissue differentiation and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of CyclinD1 was closely correlated with the degree tissue differentiation,lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusions The abnormal expression of Skp2 and CyclinD1 protein may play a role in the occurrence,differentiation and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer.
