摘要 目的分析2013-2017年宁夏学生肺结核疫情特征,进一步做好学校结核病防控工作,为合理制订宁夏学校结核病防控策略提供依据。方法用χ~2检验等方法对宁夏2013-2017年的学校肺结核发病资料进行统计学分析。结果 2013-2017年,学生活动性肺结核患者患病率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=108.599,P<0.05);2013-2017年宁夏各市学生活动性肺结核患者登记情况比较,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=93.162,P<0.05),以男性为主(52.67%),年龄以15~24岁为主。结论应加强卫生系统和教育系统的紧密合作,对入校新生进行结核病健康筛查,结核菌素筛查(PPD)强阳性的学生应进行预防性治疗,落实好学校肺结核病防控措施,对控制学校结核病聚集性疫情发生具有重要意义。 Objective To analyze the epidemic features of pulmonary tuberculosis among students in Ningxia from 2013 to 2017,and to provide a scientific basis for improving the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis,so as to provide basis for formulating reasonable strategies for tuberculosis prevention and control in schools in Ningxia.Methods The incidence data of pulmonary tuberculosis in schools of Ningxia from 2013 to 2017 were analyzed byχ~2 test.Results There was significant difference in the prevalence of students with active tuberculosis between 2013 to 2017(χ~2=108.599,P<0.05).There was significant difference in the registration of students with active pulmonary tuberculosis between 2013 and 2017 in Ningxia.(χ~2=93.162,P<0.05),mainly male(52.67%)and the age was mainly 15~24 years old.Conclusions Close cooperation between the health and education systems should be strengthened.Health screening for new students,preventive treatment for students with strong positive tuberculin screening(PPD)and implementation of prevention and control measures for tuberculosis in schools are of great significance to control the occurrence of tuberculosis clustering epidemic in schools.
