Rho激酶及其抑制剂与神经系统疾病 被引量:5

摘要 Rho激酶(ROCK)对多种细胞功能具有调节作用,参与调节高血压、冠心病、蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛、肺动脉高压、支气管哮喘、癌症、青光眼、肥胖、糖尿病、肾病等疾病的病理过程[1]。越来越多的研究表明,Rho/ROCK信号通路的抑制剂可有效防治多种神经系统疾病。本文就Rho激酶抑制剂在神经系统疾病中的相关研究综述如下。1 Rho激酶及其抑制剂20世纪90年代发现了Rho效应分子中的一个成员ROCK,包括ROCK1和ROCK2.
