摘要
目的通过比较二代光子双源CT Flash模式下'双低'扫描联合正弦迭代重组技术(实验组)与双源CT传统扫描技术联合常规滤波反投影重组(FBP)技术(对照组)对胸痛三联病变的显示能力,评估双源CT Flash模式下结合'双低'扫描在急性胸痛患者中应用的优势及可行性,以期显著减低患者的辐射剂量及对碘摄入量。方法将临床初步筛查需要行胸痛三联检查的40例满足实验条件的患者随机分为实验组和对照组2组,分别使用双源CT Flash模式下'双低'技术联合正弦迭代重组法和常规的胸痛三联序列(DS Chest Pain ECG)进行扫描,对2组图像质量分别进行主观评价和客观评价,对比2组辐射剂量并进行统计学分析。结果 2组图像质量的主观评价差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组图像质量客观评价血管CT值均>300 HU,完全能满足临床诊断需求。2组辐射剂量CTDI、DLP及ED比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中实验组ED为(1.04±0.03)mSv,对照组ED为(18.17±8.21)mSv,有效辐射剂量较对照组降低94%~95%。结论双源CT Flash模式结合'双低'扫描联合正弦迭代重组技术不但可以获得满足诊断条件的图像,更重要的是显著降低了辐射剂量和对比剂摄入量,具有广泛的应用前景。
Objective To evaluate the advantages and feasibility of DSCT Flash mode combined with dual-low scanning in patients with acute chest pain,so as to significantly reduce the radiation dose and iodine intake of patients.Methods 40 patients who required to undergo triple thoracic pain screening were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The two groups were scanned by dual-source CT Flash mode'double low'technique combined with sinusoidal iterative recombination technology(SAFIRE)and conventional triple thoracic pain screening(DS Chest Pain ECG).The image quality was evaluated subjectively and objectively,and the radiation doses of the two groups were compared and analyzed statistically.Resules There were no significant difference in subjective evaluation of image quality between the two groups(P<0.05),the CT value of objective evaluation in both groups were greater than 300 hu,which fully meet the demand of clinical diagnosis.The radiation dose of CTDI,DLP and ED were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In the experimental group,ED was(1.04±0.03)mSv,while the control group,ED was(18.17±8.21)mSv,the effective radiation dose was reduced by 94%~95%compared with the control group.Conclusin DSCT Flash mode with SAFIRE combined with double low scanning not only can be used for clinical diagnosis,but also significantly reduce the radiation dose of patients receiving and iodine intake,which has broad clinical application value.
