外源性ANP对创伤性失血休克大鼠保护作用的研究

摘要 目的探讨外源性心房钠尿肽(ANP)对创伤性失血休克大鼠的保护作用。方法通过股骨创伤法建立创伤性休克大鼠模型,将大鼠随机分为3组:对照组、ANP治疗组及假手术组。复苏时ANP组以0.025μg/(kg·min)的速度输入ANP至90 min,在90~150 min时进行液体复苏,观察血肌酐与尿素氮和组织氧化应激水平的变化。结果失血性休克大鼠90 min后,与0 min比较,3组大鼠血肌酐与尿素氮水平显著升高;与对照组比较,ANP治疗组肌酐及尿素氮水平显著降低(P<0.05);ANP治疗组心脏MPO、肝脏MDA、空肠MDA水平均显著高于对照组及假手术组大鼠,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外源性ANP对创伤性失血休克大鼠的肝、肾等脏器具有一定的保护作用。 Objective To investigate the protective effect of exogenous ANP on traumatic hemorrhagic shock in rats.Methods The rat model of traumatic shock was established by femoral trauma.The rats were randomly divided into three groups:control group,ANP group and pseudo-operation group.During resuscitation,ANP of 0.025μg/(kg·min)was inputted into ANP group for 90 min,and liquid resuscitation was performed at 90 min to 150 min.The changes of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and tissue oxidative stress were observed.Results After 90 min in rats with hemorrhagic shock,the levels of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in the three groups were significantly higher than those in 0 min.Compared with the control group,the levels of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in the ANP treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of MPO in the heart,MDA in the liver and MDA in the jejunum of ANP treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group and pseudo-operation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Exogenous ANP has protective effect on liver,kidney and other organs in rats with traumatic hemorrhagic shock.
