2型糖尿病合并急性前循环脑梗死患者血清IL-6、sRAGE水平的变化

Changes of serum IL-6 and sRAGE on type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction

目的探讨2型糖尿病合并急性前循环脑梗死患者血清IL-6、sRAGE的变化。方法 2型糖尿病合并急性前循环脑梗死患者156例,非2型糖尿病合并急性前循环脑梗死患者108例,78例单纯性糖尿病患者作为对照组。检测血清IL-6及sRAGE的变化水平,分析其关系。结果 3组间IL-6、sRAGE及血糖水平有明显差异(P<0.05);IL-6与sRAGE呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病合并急性前循环脑梗死患者血清IL-6水平升高、sRAGE水平下降,IL-6、sRAGE水平变化在病情发病中具有重要作用。

Objective To investigate the changes of serum Il-6 and sRAGE in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients with acute anterior circulatory cerebral infarction.Methods Among 156 T2DM patients with acute anterior circulatory cerebral infarction were diagnosed.There were 108 cases of non-type 2 diabetes and 78 cases of simple diabetes as the control group.The changes of the levels of IL-6 and sRAGE in the three groups were compared in T2 DM patients with acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction,non-type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction group,and simple type 2 diabetes group.Serum levels of IL-6 and sRAGE were measured using ILISA methods.Results IL-6 and sRAGE levels were significantly differences in acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction with T2DM patients group and non-type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with acute anteriocirculation cerebral infarction than that of control group(P<0.05).Further analysis Blood glucose levels were significantly differences in T2DM patients with acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction than that in non-type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction and that of control group(P<0.05),Il-6 was negatively correlated with sRAGE(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum Il-6 levels are increased and sRAGE levels are decreased of T2DM patients with acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction.The changes of Il-6 and sRAGE levels are correlated with the disease.It plays an important role in pathogenesis.
